Monday morning blues kicks off Men's Health Week! *sigh*

Monday morning blues and what makes this week all the more exciting is the fact that this is Men's Health Week. It all starts with YOU honestly - constantly grooming yourself with personal hygiene and health. There are always articles telling you what to do under a given circumstance, but honestly, all you need to do is take a step back, understand what your mind, body and soul need and go with it. You need a vacation? Take it! You need to complete a full marathon? Compete!  You need to cleanse your mind/ soul by shaving your facial hair? Do it! And that's what I did with my razor blade this morning - and I don't mean 'Razer' Blade, the world's smallest gaming laptops powered by Intel's 9th Gen core.
